I'm thinking about switching to vegan?!
I'm already a lacto-ova vegetarian. But I've been thinking about becoming a vegan, but I don't really know how I should start out. I've been researching veganism, to make sure I'm not doing anything dangerous (I did the same when I became lacto-ova), and that includes personal opinions. So, for the vegans, any ideas how I should start?

It has to be you that makes up your own mind just remember every body will ask you how do you get your protein hahahahaha most people that eat meat don't realize that protein is in beans nuts tofu vitamin b 12 is the only thing you need to take because it comes from meat so get a multi vitamin to help with that
