No not unless you could interrupt the organic process that makes it ripe. The fake way is called fruit abscission, meaning to cut it away. In this process green fruit is picked and ripened on the way to transport by fooling the fruit with CO2 gas.

To make those marks someone would have to interrupt the enzymes that ripen. these would be amylase, hydrolase, pectinase and hydrolases. It interrupt that in such a way as to make letters would either starve it for CO2, or do some other really discomfiting thing fruit.

I can almost guaranty this was done with photo editing software, not any natural or artificial process.
