cause im shure i need protein so i wanna know all the vitamin etc thing i lose by not eatin meat && what i can do to replace it :) && thanx && p.s if your gonna snap at mii shut it i been one for 10months so shh plz && i tried eating meat i couldnt swole it && i left like throwing up :)

You don't have to worry about protein. It's in everything but fruit. Really - even spinach, even noodles and rice.

Iron can be a bit difficult to get, if you're vegan (I think it's in cheese and milk).
There are two types of iron: heme and non-heme. Heme iron is what is in meat and it is easily absorbed by the body. Non-heme iron comes from plants and your body needs vitamin C in the same meal to absorb it properly.

B-12: There are various ways to get this vitamin with everything thats fortified with it (like cereals and nutritional yeast), and even if you didn't get any at all - you would be fine for about 2-5 years without it. You could take a supplement though, if you wanted.
