Can you body suddenly start reacting badly to meat?!

Question: Can you body suddenly start reacting badly to meat?
I'm 15 (why do I always tell people how old I am? O.O) and around the end of September I began to feel sick after a few meals, they were the usual meat and veg, salad on the side etc. And I thought my mother was after buying something to cook some of the food in that didn't agree with me. It happened again and it was whenever I'd have meat as part of my dinner and I thought 'Ok. This could be a coincidence but I'll really study my dinners and how I feel after them for the next few weeks'.

Lo and behold It was as I thought and only when my meals didn't have meat was when I wouldn't feel sick after them.

Is my body be rejecting meat? I'm fine when I eat fish but I was thinking about becoming a vegetarian or at least pescetarian (spelling?) after the Christmas meat has been finished if this isn't just some pubescent thing.

It always happens with beef tissue, pork tissue, chicken and game. This wasn't a transitional thing either, it just began happening one day and didn't stop.
