Should I still eat my waffles?!

Question: Should I still eat my waffles?
I bought some Aunt Jemima frozen waffles, and when I went to eat the this morning, I noticed that the seam on the outside wrapper was slightly torn open. The outside box didn't seem to be tampered with, but it seems like gluing it back together would be quite simple. I'm in Mexico by the way, and the waffles were imported from the US.
Should I still eat them?

IF the outside box didn't seem to be tampered with, then it was just a mistake that the outside wrapper was slightly torn open. That is, assuming it's not a human like rip that is not on the ridges of the wrapper. If it's slightly opened at the ridges of the wrapper (the seal part), then it's a case of freezer moisture seeping in and causing it to reopen. I say eat them if that is the case.

hmmm, it depends. If you are a risk taker go ahead and eat them if they dont look like they have been tampered with. the worst thing that could happen is that there would be some bacteria on the waffel, like any other food, that your immune system wont be used to and you will get a little sick, or montazumas (i dont know how to spell that) revenge, which i think is mostly from the tap water in mexico.

me, and my experience in mexico

Yes The bag just didn:t seal properly or they poped open during shipping. They are fine to eat.
