I'm a vegetarian, can I eat french toast WITH syrup?!

Question: I'm a vegetarian, can I eat french toast WITH syrup?
I want to know if I can have it. I like to stick close to my diet, but I really want some. Can I?

Answers:

Syrup didn't use to have a face. It's fine. Can you guys believe it's Christmas eve!!! merry Christmas!!

Are you a strict vegetarian? of an evo-vegetarian.
A vegetarian in the truest sense of the word, eats nothing with an animal origin, eggs and milk included (people confuse this with veganism, but vegans actually go beyond vegetarians in incorporating the animal free lifestyle outside of diet, such as not wearing leather).
While evo-lacto vegetarians allow themselves to eat eggs and drink milk.
French toast is usually dipped in a cream and egg mixture before frying. So I guess the choice would be yours, I say go ahead and splurge, just don't over do it. Modify your diet for the rest of the day to include healthy fats and veggies :-)

If you want them and you are comfortable eating them then do it. Why would you need strangers from the internet to tell you what you can or cannot eat.

Last time I checked syrup isn't an animal. It comes from trees.
Here's a link

Maple syrup is a vegetarian product and a vegan product to my knowledge.

French Toast Granola Grits Muffins Oatmeal Pancakes .... I'm glad you asked, because I like to eat, and I love talking about food. Probably the first thing ..
