What is your favourite thing to make with soy beans?!

Is there anything you can recommend, what is your favourite thing to eat that has soy beans?
I was thinking of making Natto, but it would be kinda cool to hear from some other veggies (have been one for a week now) say what they like.

I absolutely adore soy beans! I love them when they were boiled in the pod, then soaked in salty ice water- then you drain and serve. That's the way we always got them in the pub near where I lived in Japan. So much better than peanuts.
I personally don't really care for Natto, the texture is not my favorite thing.
Congrats on being veggie for 1 wk, that's more than most ppl do... I just replace any meat in a stirfry recipe with about 1 cup of soybeans. Also, an even simpler fave of mine is soybeans over jasmine rice with salsa on top.
Vegan for 6 mos.
If you have a large enough straw, you can "shoot" them at people.
