Hey...
-A tasty/ healthy vegan bread is Texas Toast (yes, it's the only vegan white bread to my knowledge). Ok it's tasty, but maybe it's not the healthiest vegan bread out there... Organics makes a couple different flavors of vegan wheat bread and in the frozen food isles (beside the garlic bread) there's a vegan bread (also in different flavors) that is known to be a complete protein per slice.

-A yummy sweet without bleached sugar is any brown sugar suitable for vegans or an organic sugar by Organics that is white sugar (unbleached so it's gold color) but the granules are bigger. This might be ideal for sprinkling.

-My favorite vegan food is... probably guacamole (assuming they don't make it out of sourcream). Mmm...

Vegan for compassion

I get my bread from Trader Joe's. They have many vegan breads. I think mine is Organic Country Wheat Bread or something like that. It's great because it specifies whether or not their ingredients are animal or plant derived (like vegetable mono/diglycerides, etc).

This probably wouldn't count because it's not candy or anything, but I love fruit leather. It's seriously just like mashed up fruit with no added sugar or anything. I also enjoy Larabars (since I'm not super fond of chocolate or anything).

Ahh the food is the best part about being vegan. I really really love thai food. And I love anything from Vegan Yum Yum or Vegan with a Vengeance (And really any vegan cookbook). I also love Almond Dream ice cream.

Being vegan can actually be cheaper than eating meat if the majority of your diet consists of fruits and vegetables instead of fake meats, cheeses, and premade foods.

1. French bread at my local grocery store is usually vegan but I always check the labels. And Indian flat bread, it's easy to make it yourself. It's SO good, especially with hummus.
2. I love vegan key lime pie and vegan pumpkin pie with vegan graham cracker crust.
3. Vegetable Lo mien, Vegetable chicken with sweet and sour sauce, and asparagus with balsamic vinegar.

:)

Bit hard to help if you don't say where you are, I can tell you about some great vegan restaurants in Melbourne but I doubt that'll be much help ;-)

Try a vegan support website like www,veganforum.com or www.veggieboards.com, they will probably be able to give you info relevant to your region.
