do humans eat ryegrass seeds in like cereals or anything? whats the nutrition of 100g of rye seeds?!

I actually buy rye flakes and make them like oatmeal, even use rye grains soaked and added to risotto's, breads and cracked to make granola cereal and bars, I would imagine as it is less then 2 ozs you would not get much nutrition from such a small amount
