I ate too much! how to decrease hunger on a vegan diet?!
BREAKFAST: 1 can of Amys lentil soup (360calories) yikes
3 strawberries (18 calories)
LUNCH: 1 cup of rice krispies cereal and some soy milk (about 170 calories?)
1 banana(120 calories)
1 celery stick with peanut butter (210 calories)
DINNER:1 celery stick with almond butter(200 calories)
2 veggie burgers(210 calories)
SNACKS: 1 tablespoon cashews (?calories)
1 tabelspoon raisains(?cal.)
ick i ate so much and i want to start tomorrow off good. can anyone make a meal plan or at least tell me some things to make me not hungry?
im 14 5'2 105 lbs and am really trying to lose 5lbs.

One piece of whole wheat toast with one tablespoon of peanut butter
Fruit salad
Snack -
One handful of trailmix
One hand-held fruit (Banana, apple, pear, etc)
Lunch -
One veggie burger on whole wheat buns with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & ketchup
1/2 cup of brown rice
Snack -
Cut up veggies of your choice (Baby carrots, celery, peppers, cucumbers, etc)
Dinner -
Salad with beans
Try eating slower, it works. I read somewhere that you should chew 32 times on every spoonful of food. Enjoy each bite. Consume the highest amount of calories closer to the beginning of your day. Also, drink 2L of water a day, it fills your stomach up and it's healthy for you.

Just stop eating. To make it easier, eat at particular times of the day. Breakfast at 6 AM. Lunch at noon. Dinner at 6 PM.
woahh i dont think thats too much..id say lay off the rice krispies ceral, that has too much added sugar & fats & gross stuff..eat organic or go lean crunch next time..little adjustments like that make a big difference! goodluckk(:
