Dislike Raw Fruits or Vegetables?!


Question: Dislike Raw Fruits or Vegetables?
I'm trying to eat more raw fruits and vegetables (healthy enzymes, etc), but it's always a chore to eat them. I never crave it and it doesn't satisfy me. Infact, I usually get heartburn from eating that kind of stuff.

It's because I dislike cold, light, watery/astringent foods. I LOVE carbs, coconut milk soups, sushi with fatty fish on it, basically anything warm, heavy and with LOTS of flavor, salt, spice and fat!

I've tried adding them to yummy foods, but it interrupts the pleasure. Putting blueberries on oatmeal turns a yummy hearty meal into a watery mush crap. How do i change my tastes?

Answers:

yeah, buy a blender for your crappy apartment & make mad smoothies cause they're bangin.
& try altering the amount of liquid you prepare your oatmeal with if you think the blueberries are messing up the balance.



I agree about putting them in smoothies. I put celery, broccoli, and spinach in with a 1/2 banana and berries with some stevia to sweeten. I use almond milk and a raw, organic egg for protein and a little flax oil and whey protein powder. Yum!



Try drinking smoothies,shakes ect. with the fruits and vegetables in it!!!
