Drain out the blood
Behead it
Cut it in half down the belly
Skin it ( use the skin to make drums or whatever )
Cut the meat to little pieces
Cook like normal.

Well that depends...for what purpose are you cooking it? As you MUST be a vegetarian...I mean, really, surely you're far too intelligent to mistake your categories...I suppose you're cooking it so that it will be nice and warm? It's snowing where I am, how considerate of you. Or perhaps you just want it to last longer until the funeral to create a more pleasant aroma? In that case, might I recommend freezing it? It'll last even longer, and somehow sounds more humane. Perhaps you should edit your question to be clearer about your intentions.

Unfortunately, you have overestimated the typical vegetarians propensity to become offended at the mere mention of meat. As you can see, only Dilara Gingerich gave the desired response.
You have also grossly overestimated your own ability to create humor.
If you really did kill a cow you would not be asking "how long to cook it". Obviously the question is fake, but you would need to bleed it out first before the meat goes bad.
