high protein diet excluding animal products?!

Question: High protein diet excluding animal products?
Answers:

NO,we all know that most of animal products contain high protein, but on the other hand animal products is not good for man
sometime we should eat bean which is better for human body

hannah suggested some great high protein things...you can try the peanut butter on celery for a snack...
You may have to have some bread product just to put the hummus and beans on, so maybe a pita wrap? I don't think thats too high in carbs. Also, tofu is great for meals and you can put soy or other sauces on that...

In health food stores, they have the shake mixes that can replace meals and have high protein content, just swap the milk for silk

I suggest you rethink your ideas on diet.

First of all, why would you need a high protein diet?

A better diet is a high carb low protein diet getting most of your carbs from fresh raw dark green vegetables. Focusing on amino acids, nutrient content, chemical content, and overall quality of the food you eat.

Greek yogurt

Suggestion: Also, add more fiber in your diet.

But remember that you need carbs. Don't mess up your body like one of my friends did with the high protein low carb diet. A BALANCED DIET is best.

high protein diet source can come from...

yogurt
beans ( all kinds)
nuts ( all kinds)
tofu ( all kinds)
hummus

peanut butter
hummus
edimame (delishh)
basically any type of bean

I cant think of a reason anyone would need to be on a high protein diet..?

I think so.
