A banana, it's so nutritious, and copious amounts of water, about a gallon a 24 hr period. Flush those pipes out!! IF you eat a single banana a day you'll never be constipated, it is in second place in the fiber race. Only prunes have more fiber. I drink so much water because I am always thirsty due to diabetes. I am diet controlled only, no meds, and this helps keep my kidneys from being so beat up by the disease. I only drink distilled water, the cleanest you can drink.
For years, my must-have food was Hummus.
I love it, I make it at home in the food processor, with lots of cumin and lemon juice.
It has protein, carbs, healthy fats and it is so versatile. I use it as a dip for raw veggies. I use it as a sandwich spread by itself or with vegetables. I use it for other sandwiches instead of mayonnaise. It is delicious mixed with salsa.
So I always had some in the fridge, it is a wonderful food.
just 1 piece of chocolate, like a hersheys kiss. if i dont have any it makes a bit irritated toward ppl until i get some. (and i know some ppl might read this & think im overweight but no im not, sadly i only weigh 97lbs :( )

I always eat ice cream. My favorite flavors are coffee, vanilla, and cookie dough. My family sometimes think I'm weird when I eat it when it's cold, but I think that's when it tastes best.
I'm vegetarian, foods I eat most every day are tofu and onions, with very few exceptions.
i like cucumber and as you know that cucumber is better for skin
but the thing i eat everyday is rice
I eat nuts every day on the train on the way to work.
