How to make a great vegan baked potato?!
I am used to adding sour cream, cheese, butter, what have you. What would be a way to make a creamy, tangy baked potato without dairy?
Answers:
avocado, bit of salt and pepper, vegan margarine or cream cheese if you are into it, or bit of peanut or some other nice but subtle vegie oil if you are not.
...you DO know there are vegan sour cream, cheese, and butter, right?
EDIT: Well it depends on what you like, wouldn't it?
I mean..I drown everything in hot sauce, personally.
