what are the top three healthiest meats/poultries?!

Question: What are the top three healthiest meats/poultries?
Answers:

Turkey, chicken, and pork. Preferably white meat on the turkey and chicken and try to find a piece of pork with very little fat. Seasoning these is important because you don't have a lot of the "fat" in these meats and fat plays in important role in taste.

You could try some Dash, it's salt free and will help spice up your meats. good luck with this.

Why is this in the V&V section? To P.O. a bunch a Vegans with an idiotic question?
Personally, I couldn't recommend a healthy meat, considering soy is has just as much protein as most meats without the fat or cholesterol without killing an animal so you can have a so called "healthy" dinner.

Beans, grains and vegetables are the healthiest protein sources you can eat, and therefore my pick for the top three healthiest meats

Fish (any fish but mackerel), turkey, and chicken..

well im not sure but penis is definitely in there somewhere... it might be #2 not sure though

squid, octopus and mussels.
They're meat, if you fancy that kind of thing.

i would say fish, chicken, and turkey.

I like lamb.
It's a red meat but very lean.
I pretty much eat only lamb as far as meat goes.
It's also CHEAP, about $4 for a big steak (1 pound)

As long as the meat is fresh lean unprocessed meat it is all healthy.
