I'm hungry, what should I eat!?!

Hmm...make a fruit or veggie platter. Use veggies like celery, bell peppers and cauliflower, but put peanut butter and/or ranch dressing on the side. For a fruit platter cut up an apple or a banana or get a few grapes or strawberries. If you're craving something sweet, then go for something like fruit or yogurt, but if you want something salty, then go for anything that you can eat peanut butter with..like crackers or some celery. Or if you have some yogurt you can mix some fruit and granola in and make yourself a mini parfait. Or if you're feeling lazy a few crackers or wheat thins may do the trick.. But if you want something sweet and salty, then I recommend a banana and peanut butter sandwich. Put some peanut butter on a slice of bread and add a couple of slices of a banana. Then fold it in half and voila! You have a peanut butter banana sandwich. The sweetness of the banana should satisfy your sugar craving and the protein in the peanut butter will fill you up. Hope this helps. (Best answer? :)
Get a can of sweetcorn, a can of beans, and drain and rise them. Add a few dried ramen noodles ( it's lovely) and some bean sprouts and edamame.
Put in a bowl and add diced apple with sour cream. mix lightly and EAT!
