Chili's is nice in that it offer's bean burgers, plenty of vegetable soups, and salads. Also, fast food restaurants usually have some form of a burrito, which you can stuff with beans and cheese, or if its say sonic, get cheese tatertots and egg all wrapped up in a burrito for 1.79$, and it tastes pretty nice O.O they make it regardless of time.
I don't know what else is around you, but Italian places make delicious fetticini alfredos ^^
Grills almost always have salads as well, and big ones at that.
California Pizza Kitchen has an amazing Japanese Eggplant & goat cheese pizza, topped with peppers and vegetables and blended with lowfat cheeses. Its a healthy alternative to the pizza hut xD.
As i said earler, Pastas are easy to make and taste delicious ^^ but pack alot of carbs and cheeses + butter can add some fat, but if you portion yourself to say one bowl it shouldnt be so bad.
Subway has something called a salad sub, which is basicly a square piece of bread folded in half, and stuffed with a salad. Its surprisingly good if you add some banana peppers =D
All mexican dine in restaurants wil have the classic cheese enchilada, and some salsa or queso if your a cheese lover.
I doubt you have one, but an AMAZING place to go is Sweet Tomatoes. All of theyre soups are homemade style, with fresh ingredients. Its a soup and salad bar, about 8$ for an unlimited buffet, and you can eat as much as you want without feeling guilty.
Panera bakery has a mozzerella tomato panini, and it is quite a delicious meal, and well sized for a diet.

Thats all that i can think of right now, sorry. If i get more, il let you know!

Proud vegetarian for about 18 months ^^ not that long, but everything begins somewhere.
