what food iteams have good protein?!

Question: What food iteams have good protein?
Answers:

The best source of protein is lean meat, fish, poultry, eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, milk, yogurt. But if you're trying to be vegan, then you'll need to rely on Peanut Butter, Beans, Tofu, Lentils, and other Legumes, some whole grains, which can include some bread and pastas, nuts and seeds, couscous.

Well definitely beef and other meat products if you are however trying to stay away from meat buying a good multivitamin along with a protein shake ( you can get them at any health store like GNC) This is how I get extra protein in my diet it will also help you to gain muscle and trim down as long as you are working out.

Self-experience

Meat: Lunchmeats, hamburgers, steak, pork chops, ground beef, chicken (grilled or fried), almost any fish- definatly tuna, or sushi
Eggs and Dairy: Eggs, milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, any soft cheeses (mozzarella, Brie, Camembert), Cheddar, Parmesan or Swiss cheese
Beans and Soy: Tofu, Soy Milk, Beans (Soy, Pinto, Black Beans, Lentils), Split peas
Nuts and Seeds: Peanut butter, Almonds, Peanuts, Cashews, Pecans, Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds
Hope this helps!
