what if you are a vegetarian and lactosted and tolerant?!

Question: What if you are a vegetarian and lactosted and tolerant?
what would you eat

Answers:

Replace it soy milk. 8 grams of complete proteins per serving. Calcium can be found in dark green, leafy vegetables, such as kale and collard greens, as well as in dried beans and legumes. Calcium is also found in spinach and chard, but these vegetables contain oxalic acid, which combines with the calcium to form calcium oxalate, a chemical salt that makes the calcium less available to the body. A variety of calcium-fortified foods, such as orange juice and soy milk, are now on the market.

No milk or cheeses with high in lactose. It'a not hard to get calcium from non -dairy sources. Also, there is no evidence anyone needs 1,000-1200 mg calcium. There is no body of evidence to support the garbage the dairy industry says and its cronies say. It's a ridiculous amount of calcium. Countries like china, India, and most other non-Western countries take less than 300 mg calcium a day. However, there risk of osteoporosis and bone fractures are substantially less than Western countries where their intake of calcium is a lot higher. The risks for osteoporosis and bone fractures are higher too.

Dairy is not essential. that there is not a calcium crisis in the U.S. “In reality “there are studies that suggest that too much calcium can increase a man's chances of getting prostate cancer or a woman getting ovarian cancer.”

I'm a vegetarian (11yrs now) and when I reached my 9th year I seriously became lactose intolerant. Thus, I let go of all cow milk, ice cream, cottage cheese. I can still eat yogurt, white cheeses. I drink Almond milk and eat soycream icecreams (sometimes) or Rice milk Ice creams. I can eat eggs sometimes, but 80% of the time they make me wanna puke afterward.

Well if you're a vegetarian and you're lactose intolerant you could either be a vegan (but you also wouldn't eat eggs) or you could be an ovo-vegetarian. An ovo vegetarian won't eat dairy but they'll still have eggs.
BTW you mean lactose intolerant. ;-)

There are pills you can take to help you digest lactose better, so I doubt a Vegetarian with a lactose intolerance would have much problem with dairy at all if they had that pill. Another option is to just become vegan.

I'm guessing you mean vegetarian & lactose intolerant, in which case you might as well become vegan.

might as well switch to the VEGAN DIET. or adopt the ovo-veg diet. There are more and more amazing foods out there for vegans. Granted they somehow cost more, but they can be num yummy

A LACTOSE INTOLERANT vegetarian would eat whatever they wanted,
sans meat...and dairy.

Durrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Then u should be a Vegan!!
