I already never eat hot food but I want to go a bit further.

My biggest concern is that you would lack protein I googled it if you are interested.
Sprout beans and seeds, possibly the best way to get a rich source of protein on a raw food diet. Lentil, garbanzo, black beans, mung beans, sunflower seeds are easy to sprout and add to just about any raw food recipes.

NO! A raw diet is not healthy. Eating more raw vegetables and fruits is better because you are consuming whole nutrients, but a raw diet is not a good idea because you are missing out on all whole grains! A 100% raw diet is not healthy, more raw food IS though - try to balance raw food (fruits/veggies) with good healthy whole grains and nuts and such.

Raw food can use its own enzymes to digest food for the most part, and are easily digested, leaving you more energy, rahter than putting some energy to digesting food.
Raw food can REALLY boost your energy if you stick with it! And you'll still sleep like a baby :)
You just feel so clean like you never have before, you feel so renewed and fresh you always have a reason to smile. I found my depression had left me and I offten smile now!
You're thin, lean, and healthy. (The only food to really every limit is fats; everything else is always fabulous!)
You live longer, and I for one found my self immune to colds and coughs, even when my friends have coughed on me a few times from their colds.
Its faster than fast food; just grab 4 bananas and run to where ever you gotta go! No preperations needed unless you really want to.

Raw vegan

I'm not sure that raw foods really are that much better for you. I agree that the diet has merit, and that some raw foods are good, but it has been proven that (lightly) cooking some vegetables actually increases our bodies' ability to absorb the nutrients in them. I'd do a bit of research and talk to a doctor/health professional before making any drastic changes to your diet, just to make sure your body is ready for it.

they say that proteins and vitamins get denatured and they're not longer as good as the raw ones.

Anyway i don't think our body really needs to get enzymes from the outside. Any enzyme needed is readily made by our cells, unless unpleasant genetic diseases prevents them to make them

Cooking some kind of foods is useful for killng potentially harmful bacteria

Raw vegetables have enzymes that cooked ones don't. Cooking cooks away vital nutrients that are part of a healthy diet.

great way to pick up intestinal parasites
