Is it okay to eat expired mustard?!

Question: Is it okay to eat expired mustard?
I just ate some corn beef with mustard. It tasted alright. Then I checked the expiration date like always and it said that it expired 10 JUN 2010. Well...am I gonna be okay?

Answers:

You will probably get some stomach ache, diarrhea, or minor food poisoning. Other than that, you will be fine.

Experience...

Well, you shouldn't eat mustard that's been in your fridge for more than 8 months. There is a fat soluble alcohol in mustard that keeps it good for longer, but after 8 months, it's no good, even if it tastes good. Depending on how much mustard you ate, you might get a stomachache or a few other symptoms until your body naturally removes it from your system.

Oh, god, you're gonna DIE!!!

You really should get out more.

lol I think you'll be fine
