its really hard to stick to diet like those, make it simple count calories (3500= 1lb of fat (some muscle)) eat less and exercise more. hit 1500 calories per day with good amount of cardio and weight training. good luck! its honestly easier than what people perceived it to be its just the sticking to it part that is hard.
