How do i eat vegetables?!

Try cutting up veggies and steaming them. You can also make a salad with them and pick out a dressing that gives them a better flavor. I like to grill veggies and add a little bit of pepper or Cavendar's spice (you can get it at any grocery store). It gives it a really good flavor! Or you can make smoothies and blend a couple of veggies in with your fruit. Some veggies won't change the flavor of your smoothie, so you won't even notice them. In the winter when it's too cold to grill, I put a little bit of olive oil in a pan with the veggies to cook them and they are delicious. Another option is a stir fry. You can choose a rice you like at the grocery store or a soy sauce. Cook the veggies in a pan with some olive oil and mix it in with the rice. These are all really easy ways to add vegetables to your food without changing the flavors of your favorite foods. Hope this helps, good luck!

Veggies are delicious! My favorites are roasted or sauteed zucchini, steamed broccoli, roasted cauliflower, roasted asparagus, stir fries, sauteed spinach or raw in salad, baked sweet potato. nd trust me when I say: KALE CHIPS!!!!! You bake pieces of kale drizzled with olive oil. You can add salt, cayenne pepper, nutritional yeast or what ever you like. Bake until crispy, and it is sooooooo good. I don't even think it tastes like a veggie. It's so healthy but has a guilty taste!
I also heard of marinating veggies in dijon mustard and grilling them.
