Because cheese is actually addictive. Seriously, google it it produces a similar effect to morphine in the body (except obviously not as dangerous). Crazy stuff, but true!
I hope you're referring to vegetarian or vegan Mac and Cheese. if so, It's healthier for you and has a lot less saturated fat than dairy cheese. Or if you're referring to that pre-packaged Mac and Cheese , I don't think it's made with real cheese. It's cheese-flavored, like Cheetos.
I eat vegan Mac and Cheese....I'd say the pasta and the Daiya.
