Answers:

So, just be one.

All you have to remember is to eat a wide rang of foods= not just junky american white bread and jelly.

Tofu, nuts , peanut butter, almond butter,
broccoli, kale, avocado, coconut, wheat germ, oats, noodles, soymilk, soycheese,
kidney beans, chickpeas, lentils, cashews, sweet potatoes, marmite, miso paste,
seaweeds, spinach, all the good wholewheat breads and pasta you can, and be healthy.
That's it.

No junk food.

Its not healthy for you to be a vegetarian right now, you should wait a few years. Its not a good idea to refrain from meat untill your 18, because write now your body needs the protein.

If you dont like to harm animals, just eat the ones that are plenty. Like fish, not the fancy awesome gormet sword fish, but the kind they capture by the thousands. Theyre healthy and Im sure they dont think. Chicken, although you probably fear harming them, are also in this category, and if its not poor quality (like McDonalds) its also very healthy. You might not think so, by they contain very little fat and a lot of protein, so eating Chicken or fish with some vegetable for nutrients is a very good balanced meal.

Most vegans begin as a vegetarian because it's a very big change to make. You can still own pets, it's just deciding how far you want to go with it.
*Mushrooms are a substitute for meat, and they are very good.
*You can make some pretty good soups that don't have animal products in them.
*There are also "imitations" of the products like "bacon".
*You can still eat chocolate if it doesn't contain milk, which some don't.
*Vegans also don't use products tested on animals. Check your makeup, face wash, lotions and shampoos.

Being vegan doesnt really help with your problem. The animals are going to die from somebody else eating them even if you dont. Or there is a possibility of them developing a disease and die much slower and more painful. They barely feel a swift death that they get by getting prepared for food. Its more like Saving them.

Vegans can't have pets. Do you keep your pets shut up in the house or cage, or fenced in the yard? If you don't let them run (or fly) free, your imprisoning them. That's not vegan. Are you dogs and cats neutered/spayed? That's taking away their animal right to reproduce. That's not vegan. Do they eat meat? Then you support the meat industry. That's not vegan.
