Healthy lunch ideas for a vegetarian?!

Question: Healthy lunch ideas for a vegetarian?
Answers:

A wrap that you use a quesadilla for, but put lettuce, fake crumbled meat, and shredded cheese.

My favorite healthy lunch (I eat this almost every day) is the following:

Spinach salad consisting of 4 cups of baby spinach, 15-20 sprays of Helman's Balsamic Breeze salad spritzer, and one tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese. This comes out to roughly 60 calories.

AND

2 cups of sliced strawberries with 2-3 tablespoons of Splenda sprinkled throughout. This comes out to about 120 calories, and it is delicious.

When I'm low on strawberries, I substitute 2 tangerines and/or some yogurt. Fiber One yogurts are great and only 50 calories.

Hope this helps!

Packed lunch? I usualley have an apple, a yogurt and a sandwich. The sandwich could be peanut butter jelly, cream cheese, cheese, cheese and veggie meat. You should bring a fruit like an apple, orange, pear, plum, peach, nectarine, watermelon or cantelope In a container and a side like Oreos, crackers, chips, granola bars, raisins, cherios, hummus, veggies or sunflower seeds.you should have a main course of a sandwich or wrap with hummus, veggies, veggies and cream cheese, cream cheese, cheese, cheese and veggie meat, peanut butter jelly, nutella ect or cold pizza or quesidiall or you could have leftover speghetii, lasagna, ravioli, bean soup, lentil soup, vegetable soup, potato soup, mushroom soup, noodle soup or if your school or work place has a microwave you could make mac n cheese.

try houmous and green olives in a wholemeal wrap, a side of bean and nut salad and then dried fruit like apricots, cranberries and apple. Also a piece of fresh fruit would be good like satsumas or a kiwi

mmm.. i'm suddenly extremely hungry!

Tomato salad: cut 1 or 2 tomatoes into thin wedges, add chickpeas, sliced black olives, diced onion, shredded provolone cheese, and Italian dressing.
Also: thin wheat crackers and grapes.

Ideas are not incidentally as healthy as they are zonked
