IF I EAT NOTHING BUT NOODLES?!

Question: IF I EAT NOTHING BUT NOODLES?
will i lose weight? i can do w/out veg and meat

Answers:

Weight loss is achieved when you eat fewer calories than you put out. You can absolutely, 10000% eat too many calories in noodles and thus be overeating, which leads to weight gain.

While you're on this silly diet, you'll also experience a lot of health issues, like the inability to concentrate, skin problems, hair problems and vision problems.

Yeah, you have fun with that. Why aren't you just eating properly and exercising regularly again?

You won't necessarily lose weight. Noodles (processed grains) are some of the worst foods to eat to try and lose weight. Processed carbs like noodles and pasta turn to sugar very quickly in your system. If you don't use the energy they produce, they turn to fat.

You'd be much better off eating unprocessed vegetables, carrots, celery, spinach, broccoli, etc., or on a high protein diet like lean beef. Proteins break down in your system at a slower rate and are more likely to be used to repair and build muscle than turn to fat. Though too much of anything will cause you to gain weight.

Noodles are also not high in nutrients. Overall, it's not a diet that you can stay healthy on or to keep you feeling good. The optimum diet for humans is a balanced diet: some meat, some veggies, some fruit, restrict the processed carbs and sugar.

Depending on how much you eat, you could lose weight. However, this would be extremely bad for your health. You would end up with vitamin deficiencies and probably also a protein deficiency. If you want to lose weight, it is better to eat vegetables, fruits and lean protein, with limited amounts of carbohydrates and sugar.

You'll be extremely undernourished and malnourished.

i guess ul get sick
