When you are burning more calories, you need energy and calories. But you don't want to get to many, so you really have to listen to your body and use your head for food choices. Try to not eat anything that has more than 5 grams of fat per serving and only eat when you are truly hungry. Don't eat anything after 8pm, or at least 2 hours before you go to bed. And drink 2 big glasses of water before each meal so you will get full faster.
Just listen to your body. Eat whenever you are hungry. It also depends on whether you are trying to lose weight or gain weight. But don't overeat in one sitting; watch your portion size and eat upto 1/2 capacity of your stomach, fill a quarter of the stomach with water, and leave the remaining quarter empty so that the stomach has space to work on the food. Don't eat anything 2 hours prior to going to bed. Rest of the day, you can eat whenever you feel hungry. Good luck!
eat 3 normal healthy meals or 4-5 light little meals on your rest day, but make sure to have a healthy snack about an hour before working out, have a fruit smoothie shortly before working out to load up on sugars so you will have energy, and then have another smoothie shortly after working out to replenish those burned up sugars which go to help repair your muscles and build them stronger
you shouldnt be hungry thoughout the day. eat a couple of small meals thought the day instead of 3. it will make sure that metabolism is always going and burning calories

3 or 4 times a day, every day. Adjust calorie count to exercise program. But eat 3-4 times every day.
