Any suggestions for post-workout protein?!


Question: Any suggestions for post-workout protein?
I've been taking nitro-peak and want to know if there is a better protein. I've tried muscle milk and like that. I've been wanting to try monster milk and others but I just need some suggestions. Staying on nitro-peak is an option but I just want to know if there is something more effective.

soy milk, then raw sunflower seeds or peanut butter since they are both complete proteins you can have raw. cooking damages protein.
