Can I juice veggies and fruits all in one and still benefit from all their nutrients?!

Question: Can I juice veggies and fruits all in one and still benefit from all their nutrients?
Can I juice potatoes, tomatoes, broccoli, asparagus and any type of veggie???

What veggies I cannot juice?

Thank you!

Answers:

You can juice tons of things. Some aren't worth juicing as only some yield a lot of juice. The most popular thing for health juicing is carrots. Somehow they yield tons of juice. They are cheap to buy in bulk and are high nutritious. Things like berries are better off being eaten whole as they are expensive.

I don't combine fruits and veggies. There are chemically powerful and I don't want to bombard the digestive system or cause some weird sugar of chemical imbalance. I also keep similar fruits and veggies together.

Yes. my favorite juice is the beetroot & pineapple juice, & carrot-apple-celery juice to name 2
