Is Old Mill salt water taffy vegan?!

Question: Is Old Mill salt water taffy vegan?

I found this salt water taffy the maker is old mill and the ingredients are corn syrup, sugar, palm kernel oil, mono and diglycerides, chocolate, artificial and natural flavors, soya lecithin, citric acid, salt and artificial colors (including fdandc red #40, yellow #5 blue #1 and yellow #6). It looks fine to me does anyone think different?
