Vegetarian Bodybuilders out there?!
So I'm wondering, are there any vegetarians out there that have been able to continue building muscle on a vegetarian diet? And if so, how did you do it? And what sources of protein do you use?

there are also a ton of veg*n athletes. you just have to plan your diet a little bit more since you're probably going to need more protein. Use a hemp protein powder to get some protein. I'm sure with a little research you'll find everything you need.
16 year old vegan who needs to life weights.
My friends a vegetarian but i am not, we both work out however and we talk about our diets. Him being a vegetarian eats a lot of salads and pastas and nuts. He eats a lot of fish and nuts for protein. I eat chicken/salads very often. sorry i know you weren't interested about my diet.

that would be some soild hard effort you would have to eat way way more then a normal bodybuilder
to build up calories

Yes you can do it while being vegetarian, Just Eat healthy diet then.
