Hi,

I understand the problem you’ve been going through when trying to lose weight and flatten your stomach. My friend was in the same situation as you, nothing seemed to work for him until he came across the truth about six-pack abs. He’s had great success with it, and maybe this is something which could be right for you. Good luck !

You cannot target your body to lose fat in a certain area. Eating properly is the most important thing and don't overeat, but don't starve yourself either. Drink lots of water before meals it make you feel full so you won't eat as much. Don't drink alcohol, soft drinks even if its Diet Coke or Sprite Zero or whatever because it's all crap. Don't eat lollies even if the packet says low in fat. If you need junk food for some reason then you can allow yourself to slip for one day, but don't pig out obviously otherwise you will undo all the hard work you have put in.
To build muscle you need to make sure your body gets enough protein. How much is enough?
Your weight in pounds divided by 2.2 then multiply this by 1.5 to get the amount of grams you need.

Do these exercise a few times a week, if you muscles get really sore allow yourself an off day then start again on the following day.

Be patient don't expect results over night or in one week. It takes time!. A common mistake people make is given up just as there starting to make progress. This is because they expect to much to soon. Do these exercises while listening to your favorite music it will make doing crunches seem like less of a chore. Good Luck

Don't eat white bread, white rice, white pasta, white starch- no potatoes. No HFCS, no donuts, cakes pastries, cookies or scones, biscuits.
