I want to steam vegetables. How do i make the wrap or roll(out of any flour)?!
Answers:
Basically 1 part flour 1 part liquid. (I do a cup of each, but you might have to experiment a bit with the proportions) White flour works best for me. As for the liquid you can use whatever you want...milk, beer or even water. Wisk the ingredients together until there are no lumps. Cooks on a greased skillet until brown on both sides. Took me a couple trys before I got it right, good luck.
I've never used flour when steaming vegetables what are you trying to do put them in a pita pocket or tortilla? Or Seaweed wrap?
