Do you think my soup is healthy?!
Does this sound like a healthy soup?
I put unsalted vegetable broth, a handful of fresh parsley, 2 stalks of celery, a quarter of a green bell pepper, dried oregano, 2 leaves of bok choy, garlic, onion, green onions and black pepper (and every now and then I will put buckwheat noodles in it). This is called my green soup... again.. i know it does not sound appetizing but heh... I guess have weird taste buds lol..
What do you think? Do you think this is healthy? I know it sounds like a stupid question but someone told me I need to start eating healthier and I made this tonight and thought about what he said. Now, I know your not getting all my other info on what else I eat.. but just for this one soup is all I am asking about ^__^ Or too much calories for a soup? Oh! And I have 1 to 2 bowls each time I eat it...

Seems to be a very healthy choice, particularly since you're making it yourself and are avoiding sodium. The only thing I might add would be more vegetables (carrots!).
Did you get this recipe from somewhere in particular? If so, did they provide any nutritional information about the recipe? It's a little hard to tabulate nutrition values on homemade products, but I tried with an online tool (cited below). Without knowing your exact measurements, I guessed and came up with the following results:
Calories: 102.3
Total fat: 0.6 g
Cholesterol: 0mg
Potassium: 794.3mg
Total Carbohydrate: 22.7g
Dietary Fiber 5.0g
Protein: 4.8g
Sounds amazing and healthy to me! But what really counts is whether or not you like it. Hope it's a new favorite!

The soup itself is very healthy, but your asking whether it has "too much calories for a soup" raises a red flag. It has next to no calorie for a soup, which should be obvious. So it really all depends on what else you eat, since it is very low in protein, and is lacking in many nutrients you need on a daily basis. But for a green vegetable it is really healthy.
When you give up being a veg, start out with two or three pieces of chicken and give those a good fry with an onion and make a broth. That's something you can live with.
It is very healthy and low calorie.
You can eat it as much and as often as you like.
It sounds great, but I would use a lot more than just two leaves of bok choy. Throw a whole bunch in there. Maybe add some carrots and/or potatoes.
Mmm that soup sounds very scrumptious and healthy. Sounds like you can eat as much as you want
Throw some kale in and it will be perfect.
yes soup is healthy good
