Why? Because they contain nothing but healthy ingredients. They taste great too. A little pricey though.
Take a look at the ingredients yourself: (Vegan) Organic mushrooms, organic onions, organic bulgar wheat, organic celery, organic carrots, organic oats, filtered water, organic walnuts, wheat gluten, organic potatoes, expeller pressed high oleic safflower and/or sunflower oil, sea salt, organic garlic. I won't eat any that aren't Amy's California Veggie Burgers. Sounds like I'm not alone, judging by the other answers!!
The only brand I've tried is Boca. Not as healthy as other varieties, but they aren't as pricey and they get the job done.
