What are some vegetarian cheeses available in British Columbia?!

Not all rennet is animal based. Vegetable rennet, for example, is not. Tillamook cheese does not have animal rennet. Their cheese is made with a vegetable rennet. Its made in Orgeon too, so it is sold all throughout the northwest -- which includes B.C., Canada.

Since cheese doesn't have meat in it, isn't all cheese vegetarian? If you mean vegan, then there isn't any. Cheese is made from milk. You can probably make cheesy-like substance from soy, but that isn't cheese anymore than a boca burger is a hamburger. Maybe even less so.
