Black beans with salsa and no Fritos. Instead of the fried stuff, I would have either a whole wheat tortilla, or whole wheat bread.

I prefer home-made corn tortillas with beans, salsa and guacamole.

Fritos with beans for sure. Melt cheese on it too for extra tasty/
