Yes! I've been a vegetarian since I was born; my parents are strict vegetarians, and we get a lot of protein! In the food we eat, my mom cook everything from scratch!. I come from a big family, and theres a lot of cooking going on. It gets kinda of difficult trying to find something good to eat every day, its always easy to get the bad! But it does pay off. Anyway about the PROTEIN Ha ha you can get protein in a lot good vegertarian food depends on what you're looking for; you get it in EGGS, NAVY BEANS and LENTIL BEANS. You're probably thinking, " what can I make with beans accept for soup." I've made bean burgers those are EXCITLENT! if made right. Soup is also good! Lentil soups and stuff. Beans, nuts, tofu, and other meat substitutes are great sources of protein for vegetarians.
