A quick quesiton about?!
is Wheat Germ organic? Or do I have to buy organic Wheat germ? The one I purchased had no USDA seal.

Organic is the way the plants are grown and it doesn't matter what the plants are.
Wheat germ is the outer coating around the wheat grain. When they polish a grain of wheat it removes the germ and leaves the white part of the grain.
The germ is frequently used to make vitamins, which we wouldn't need if we ate the whole grain.
