I like it on toast, in shakes, and on fruit. :)

Name your favorite nut/seed butter and what you like to put it on.

I like peanut butter or almond butter on rice cakes, with green apples. When I have a sweet tooth I dip a square of dark chocolate in it. When I make a treat, I love peanut butter cookies or peanut butter rice crispy squares.

Honestly when I am really hungry and don't know what will do the trick, I will often just eat a spoonful of peanut butter straight from the jar. It offers all the major nutrients...some fat, some carb, some protein, so whatever I need is covered efficiently, and takes the edge off so I can think straight and prepare something sensible...or maybe that was all I needed.

I love peanut butter on toast, too but try it sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. It is a delight.

You can also make a peanut sauce for pasta, rice, Asian inspired.

You can make a frosting with it for cakes, brownies...and other chocolate goodies.

I like peanut butter mashed in banana wrapped in a tortilla...or on a bagel.

I also love it in oatmeal.

I love it in oatmeal or chocolate chip cookies.

walnuts.... yummmmm. but i once tried crushed almonds sprinkled over vanilla frosting (homemade, yummy yumm yumm!) and it was delicious, especially once i spread the frosting on a homemade blueberry muffin! also, i normally spread peanut butter over peach slices and then dip the slices in a really thin almond spread. that's usually my breakfast. ^.^ nnnnnnn! <3 ^.^

My absolute favorite butter is cashew butter. I eat it plain on a spoon or dip it in crispy pretzel minis.
I got very tired of peanut butter when I became a vegetarian.
Now that I'm vegan, my diet has a lot more variety. I'm sure I wouldn't have tried any of the other butters before.

Add soysauce to peanut butter and mix it up-then use it as a marinade for tofu sticks- it's a normal indonesian preparation for PB.

I'm partial to buttered crumpets with PB and marmite too.

My mother used to make a wonderful ice cream topping simply by mixing peanut butter and chocolate syrup together and warming it up in the microwave. Pour it over your ice cream while it's still warm!

Almond butter--Yum!
I like it in celery with raisins, it's great plain, and oddly I like it between tortillas.
For use with crackers though, I prefer the sunbutter!

Gado Gado salad dressing.

Raw almond butter is much better for you. Peanut butter is more difficult to digest. <3
