Is this too much to eat?!

Question: Is this too much to eat?
I ate carrots, a grilled snack wrap with no sauce, and a mcflurry. About half the way through, I felt as if I was forcing myself to eat. is that alot? or was I maybe just not very hungry? thanks!!(:

ur usch an idiot lol! :D

It's OK to over-indulge once in a blue moon, but you can do better than a McFlurry. But come to think of it, how do carrots, a grilled snack wrap and a McDonald's dessert constitute a full meal?

EDIT: Oh, you mean that grilled (c)wrap they sell at McDonald's? I suggest reading the ingredients - you'll think twice about setting foot in McD's next time.

Ingredients: Liquid soybean oil and hydrogenated cottonseed and soybean oils, water, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, salt, soy lecithin, mono-and diglycerides, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (preservatives), artificial flavor, citric acid, vitamin A palmitate, beta carotene (color)., chicken breast filets with rib meat, water, seasoning (salt, sugar, food starch-modified, maltodextrin, spices, dextrose, autolyzed yeast extract, hydrolyzed [corn gluten, soy, wheat gluten] proteins, garlic powder, paprika, chicken fat, chicken broth, natural flavors (plant and animal source), caramel color, polysorbate 80, xanthan gum, onion powder, extractives of paprika), modified potato starch, and sodium phosphates, enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, vegetable shortening (may contain one or more of the following: hydrogenated soybean oil, soybean oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, hydrogenated cottonseed oil with mono- and diglycerides added), contains 2% or less of the following: sugar, leavening (sodium aluminum sulfate, calcium sulfate, sodium phosphate, baking soda, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, wheat gluten, dough conditioners (sodium metabisulfite, distilled monoglycerides), Cheddar cheese [pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, annatto (color)], Monterey Jack cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), potato starch and corn starch and powdered cellulose (prevent caking), dextrose, enzymes, natamycin (natural mold inhibitor), premium ranch sauce: water, soybean oil, corn syrup solids, buttermilk, distilled vinegar, egg yolks, salt, sugar, food starch-modified, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, modified tapioca starch, natural flavors (dairy, vegetable, botanical and animal sources), lactic acid, parsley, xanthan gum, lemon juice concentrate, sodium benzoate (preservative), propylene glycol alginate.

On the other hand, a tabbouleh salad, with a lovely Turkish red lentil soup, toasted pita with hummus, and fruit for dessert would constitute a healthy meal. Think along those lines when deciding what to eat - not fast food. When you eat healthy and tasty food in abundance, you will lose the guilty conscience and those "did I eat too much?" questions.

It seems like alot yes.

Nooo lol
