Can I eat this canned spinach?!
Last night, I tried to incorrectly can spinach through the boiling method.
I finished at 3am.
The jars sat on my kitchen table since then. It is 9pm.
I have just put the jars of boiled spinach in the refridgerator. This means that the spinach jars were unrefrigerated for 17 hours.
Do you think that the jarred spinach is still edible? Or is there a danger of botulism?
