What vegetables DO NOT contain chlorophyll?!

Question: What vegetables DO NOT contain chlorophyll?
My Master is badly allergic to tomatoes, onions, and chlorophyll such as that found in spinach and lettuce - since I will one day be in charge of cooking for Him, I need to seriously manage my Italian-based cooking!

I know to make pasta and meats and things, but I am not entirely sure what vegetables have chlorophyll in them. Things like cucumbers, green beans, and peas...

I would also like to ask if anyone has some good recipes or suggestions for replacing the greens in His diet... I've tried doing some research, but I can't seem to find anything related to chlorophyll content... I couldn't even find information on whether red leaf lettuce had chlorophyll or not. Please help me or I might end up killing my Master by accident o -o''

Hm, I can't find much either, so I think you should talk to him about it, or a doctor, nutritionist or biologist. But I found this article: http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname…

These are the vegetables that have a lot of chlorophyll: asparagus, bell peppers, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, green cabbage, celery, collard greens, green beans, green peas, kale, leeks, green olives, parsley, romaine lettuce, sea vegetables, spinach, Swiss chard, and turnip greens. Don't use any leaves because they all contain chlorophyll.

Things that aren't green contain less, so you should be safe with them: eggplant, carrots, and anything red, orange, etc.

Red leaf lettuce DOES contain chlorophyll, that is why the edges are green. Don't use it.

Any plant parts not exposed to the sun will not have chlorophyll, so all root vegetables will be ok. Fruits shouldn't be a problem either as they are reproductive parts of plants so cucumber, zuchini etc should be ok. However if he is allergic to tomatoes and onions then he is perhaps also allergic to fructose? If that's the case, you'll need to learn which foods have low sugar contents. Try this page for a starting point: http://www.ehow.com/way_5407121_diet-fru…

Anyway it sounds like you should choose me for your master, I am much easier to cook for.

It seems to me that you will be the Master if you have power over his life or death!
