Is this a good multivitamin for a lacto-ovo vegetarian?!

Question:

Is this a good multivitamin for a lacto-ovo vegetarian?

http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a...

I'm fifteen; a lacto-ovo vegetarian; and I'm positive that I do not get enough Vitamin C, Vitamin A, or Iron on a daily basis. I've never even heard of half of the Vitamins and things in this multivitamin, and I was just wondering if this would be a suitable choice, as I need to begin taking a multivitamin as soon as possible.

Answers:
There is a company called VegLife, and all of their stuff is even vegan friendly (no animal by-products at all).

For foods, try any antioxidant juice like blueberry, pomegranate, or even cherry for your Vitamin C. Dulse flakes can be sprinkled into anything (I put mine on my toast, in my oatmeal, or even in the pancakes I am making) for extra iron that is easily used by the body. And add molasses in your stuff where you want to sweeten something to get the extra calcium you will also need. Their is enough protein and nutrients in eggs (nature's most perfect food) and in dairy (not good for the body: immune system is comprimised: do you have asthma? bronchitis a lot? or even stiff joints? go off of dairy for three weeks and see if it clears up. Then you know you are allergic to dairy).

With just a quick glance at the listed ingredients I found no ingredients that are definitely 100% animal origin but there are several listed that could be 'unsafe'. I'm not a fan of any pills but I'd suggest a trip to the local health food store (assuming there is one in your area) and looking for Bluebonnet's pills as they tend towards veggie friendliness (and GNC leans the other way). I can do a detailed analysis of the GNC one if you'd like (just ask)
