sweet potatoes are so cool

You sure can...just wash them first before you bake them...yummy!

quite edible. if i ever die from it i'll ask my relatives to let you know. until then, bon appetit.

Its edible.

Yes most definitely.

Yes you can, they are really yummy, as you would a regular potato, wash it first though. They are really nice roasted too.

I am not sure about the skin but we usually cook the sweet potato over charcoal fire and when fully cooked it tastes wonderful but the skin would have been completely burnt and you have to first remove it before eating.Try once.

you can eat it with some topping of mayonnaise or butter

thanks honey

it sure is.They are nice baked, just like normal potatoes.

Yes the skin is edible....however in this day when there's so much "e-coli" going around, make sure you wash all vegetables, and fruit ! In fact, the skin provides lots of fiber and vitamins are usually next to the skin.

As long as you scrub your veggies, you can eat whatever part of them you like. Sometimes, the skin of a veggie holds the most nutrients. Yummy. I love me some tayto skins.

I haven't keeled over from eating them yet!! Sweet potatoes are yummy!!

Yes. Just make sure it's organic so as to avoid eating pesticides.

Its edible. I've eaten it.
I do scrub them well though - on account of whereever they come from is a long way away, and it probably is not from the cleanest place in the world!

Yes definitely. You can eat baked sweet potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes and even sweet potato crisps - all with their skins on - and they're lovely.
