Just eat something without sugar or garlic.

I have the munchies also and have just cleaned my teeth (and wont eat anything after cleaning my teeth)

So I just drink water. It works sometimes.

drink alot of water and eat ice

Soo pretty much your high right now and I think you need to just stop with the drugs. You can also write a note to your stomach saying I have no food and eat the note so your stomach can read it.

Water is good. Any type of fruit. You may have to brush your teeth again though....

PS. Note to self, Go food shopping tomorrow..... Buy Munchies

Actually, you are incorrect in assuming that yogurt is OK to eat after brushing your teeth. Yogurt is a simple carb and more or less all sugar. Once the bacteria in your mouth meets the sugar, acid forms and causes cavities. Always brush your teeth after eating.

eat lowfat yogurt or a piece of cheese and if you really dont have anything get it off your mind
