A great one is the Vegan Lunchbox. Everything she makes you can pack and take with you to school or work, OR you can eat it at home. However, she usually gives IDEAS and doesn't always give recipes (though she'll tell you which book she used).
Off the top of my head, I can think of www.vegcooking.com, www.veganoutreach.org, www.peta.org, and www.veganpeace.com . The last two, I know, have e-cards, though most of them aren't funny, some of them are. Hope this helps!
