Vegetarian Problem?!

Question:

Vegetarian Problem?

I been a vegetarian for two years and I lost a lot of fats and weight. I feel underweight. How do I gain weight and more fats without pills or anything bad? Do milk helps?

Answers:
Go heavy on the protiens; beans, etc, to build muscle mass. Work out so that the extra protien turns to muscle and not converted into fat.

milk or cheese will help a lot, or things which are high in carbohydrate such as chips or potatoes. also oily fried foods will help.

Well, I am a fat vegetarian. My advice to you for gaining weight is to eat more dairy and carbs.

Oh, and congratulations on the weight loss!

Try peanut butter and jelly sandwich made with a really heavy whole wheat bread. Peanut butter has just as much protein as carbs, and is twice in the fat. Eat one in between your meals (at least two a day then). See if this works in just two weeks. If it does not help out then ask again.

French Fries!!!!!!!!!!!

stay vegitarian! if you want to be fit and not skinny, dairy products will help, but dont eat stuff like french fries because its high in fat and will make you unhealthy.

dairy prodycts will help alot.u definently need 2 start eating properly.

DAIRY PRODUCTS... milk, cheese - the really fatty ones like C O O N or Beqa, (if you eat fish, it will really help) otherwise proteins, heaps of nuts - walnuts in particular...

First, you need to accept yourself. You are who you are. You need to get over your weight problem. Once you accept your weight, then you can start gaining some. Do not go on pills. That is sometimes dangerous and not worth the risk. If you are vegeterain then stay away from meat. Don't go against your ways just to look better. If you eat dairy then just double on it (but keep excersizing). Bread is also very fattening so you could try that. Don't eat that junk like chips and fries- that just destroys you! Talk to your doctor if you still have problems.

You must not be eating properly at all. What is your diet like? Check out the vegetarian food pyramid.
